About the Role

We’re looking for a Field Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. This hands-on position involves traveling to customer sites to install and maintain a variety of seating systems. If you enjoy working with your hands, problem-solving on-site, and being part of a close-knit, high-performance crew, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Install telescopic and fixed seating systems at customer locations
• Demolition of old bleachers and seating systems

• Read blueprints and follow detailed assembly instructions
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Travel nationwide for multi-day project installations
• Collaborate with team members and project leads on-site
• Represent the company professionally with customers
• Work overtime hours and occasional weekends as project demands

What We’re Looking For

• Previous construction, carpentry, or mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights
• Willingness to travel extensively — mostly within Michigan, but also to job sites across the U.S. and Canada
• Dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Compensation & Benefits

• $24.00 per hour, with paid travel time
• $300.00 per week per diem for food
• Overtime pay for hours beyond 40/week
