What You'll Be Doing
- Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose issues efficiently and deliver high-quality, long-lasting solutions
- Follow company standards to ensure a consistent, top-tier customer experience
- Communicate clearly with customers, building trust and confidence in your work
- Provide input to leadership on technical training opportunities to keep skills sharp
- Share feedback on inventory needs and parts usage to keep jobs running smoothly
- Contribute ideas on pricing and service improvements based on real field experience
- Take pride in your work while operating with independence and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- 3 years residential service experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal License required
- NATE certified preferred
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School preferred
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience making repair and replace decisions.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
Salary : $35 - $43
