What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRIS Specialist position at Korn Ferry?
Korn Ferry has partnered with an excellent client on their search for an HRIS Specialist located in Cleveland, OH. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the Human Resources Information System and all other HR related systems. As the HRIS subject matter expert, this well-organized and analytical individual will focus on reporting and metrics and lead HRIS projects. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as subject matter expert on all HRIS matters & functionality
- Help maintain data integrity in systems by running querhyies and analyzing data
- Manage payroll processes
- Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports and queries in ADP reporting tool
- Manage regular reporting of employee data to state & federal regulatory agencies
- Maintain deep understanding of HR best practices and support the entire organization in the understanding and execution of best practices
- Additional projects as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 – 5 years HRIS experience
- Experience with ADP WorkForceNow required
- Multi-state payroll experience required
- Strong Excel skills
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
