The HRIS Analyst is responsible for implementation and configuration of the HR information systems. Primary responsibilities include driving improvements of HR processes, optimization of the management of HR data across the organization, building and maintaining system interfaces with vendor systems, implementing new modules, and maintaining HR data. The HRIS Analyst will focus on data maintenance, analysis, and reporting and act as the subject matter expert in the HR systems data. This is not a remote position.

Education/Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business management or other related field.
- Four years or more experience performing in a HRIS analytical role, with understanding various data needs in compensation, benefits, and training/development is required.
- Prior experience supporting a highly distributed, multi-location corporate model preferred.
