Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a Field Service Technician in Lancaster PA (80 miles W of Philadelphia.) Role is 90% in the field with real-time troubleshooting – local travel only, home nightly Compensation: $30.00-40.00/hour base (+ OT, company vehicle + gas card, $2,500 interest-free tool loan.) What You Will Do: • Diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of industrial equipment. Perform maintenance on newer battery-powered equipment, as well as traditional diesel and gasoline industrial machinery; conduct diagnostics to identify equipment malfunctions; troubleshoot issues. • Interpret schematics, drawings, and technical manuals related to forklifts and other various construction equipment. • Will conduct preventative maintenance and inspections; address any issues as needed. • Communicate repair needs, provide estimates, and explain completed work to customers. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensure satisfaction and work with professionalism at all times. • Maintain a clean and professional service van; report maintenance needs promptly.
