Position Summary

The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to senior executives, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and key priorities. This role serves as a central coordination point across teams, ensuring smooth execution, proactive problem-solving, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support key senior executives, ensuring focus on key priorities and cross-team alignment.
• Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and improve workflows.
• Manage complex calendars; prioritize meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Prepare for meetings; coordinate logistics and track key follow-ups.
• Oversee end-to-end travel; adapt plans as priorities shift.
• Coordinate projects; track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Process expenses in line with company policies.
• Serve as main point of contact; ensure clear communication and follow-through.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Maintain organized documents, records, and agreements.
• Provide team coverage and support as needed.

Qualifications

• 7 years of Executive Assistant experience within financial services (e.g., private equity, investment management, venture capital) required.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF).
• Collaborative and able to work across all levels.
• High discretion and professionalism.
• Strong prioritization and project management abilities.
• Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in Dallas.
