The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) will serve as a strategic hiring partner driving talent strategies that address current and future workforce needs. This role will advise leaders on hiring approaches, define roles and scopes, and craft dynamic job descriptions aligned with organizational objectives. Acting as a subject matter expert across multiple markets, promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Advise and consult with hiring leaders on strategies to address current and future talent gaps, ensuring workforce planning supports business priorities.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and draft compelling job descriptions that reflect organizational objectives and attract top talent.
- Partner with leaders across Tech & Operations, Buying & Merchandising, and Marketing & Creative to design and execute tailored recruiting strategies that meet each function's unique talent needs.
- Drive and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring strategies to strengthen team culture and build a representative workforce.
- Leverage recruiting data and metrics to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-informed hiring decisions.
- Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for hard-to-fill and future roles to enable proactive recruitment.
- Facilitate interview and selection processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with company standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices to improve strategies continuously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
- Fashion, apparel, or digital marketing/advertising agency experience supporting fashion or apparel clients is required.
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with proven success supporting Fashion and Creative divisions, including roles in product development (design, sourcing, merchandising), material planning (inventory, procurement, supply chain), and technology jobs.
- Able to lead and influence the recruiting process, engaging hiring managers as active participants in securing top talent.
- Demonstrated excellence and passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Experience with and commitment to proactive candidate cultivation and relationship building, particularly with top-tier passive talent.
- Marketing-oriented approach to sourcing, leveraging creative and innovative strategies beyond traditional postings or InMails to build talent pipelines.
- Proven ability to drive results, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual hiring goals.
- Strong focus on candidate experience, hiring manager partnership, and recruiting funnel metrics, ensuring consistent success and quality of hire.
- Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
Compensation depends on experience but is typically $120-145K

Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
