Duties
- Prepare a variety of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with expert knife skills and attention to detail
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and quality
- Plan and develop sushi menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, including proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service
- Monitor inventory levels of seafood, rice, seaweed, and other ingredients; place orders as needed

- Experience as a sushi chef preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent food presentation skills that highlight creativity and attention to detail
