- Process electronic court filings through Idaho\'s statewide filing system.
- Manage misdemeanor and felony criminal case files from filing through disposition.
- Schedule court hearings and prepare official court documents.
- Process appeals and maintain accurate case information.
- Record returned mail and update court records.
- Enter and maintain critical information in the statewide court database.
- Route court filings to judges and appropriate court personnel.
- Maintain official Register of Action entries as part of the permanent court record.
- Assist other Court Services departments with workload as needed.
- Provide procedural information to the public without providing legal advice. **What Were Looking For:**
- High school diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of Court Services Clerk II experience (two years preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to comprehend and follow complex Idaho Court rules and written instructions.
- Ability to track cash transactions and complete daily audit reports.
- Highly developed ability to work with the public and individuals who may be experiencing various legal circumstances.
- Previous experience working in a court, legal, criminal justice, or government environment preferred.
