Window & Door Showroom Sales Customer Experience Specialist

Koopman Lumber is looking for a customer-focused Window & Door Showroom Sales Customer Experience Specialist to support homeowners, contractors, and other customers in our Whitinsville showroom.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable learning window and door products, quoting systems, and parts.
What You'll Do
- Assist walk-in customers and handle phone inquiries.
- Help customers identify window and door products, parts, and replacement options.
- Support warranty and service requests.
- Prepare accurate quotes for doors and smaller window projects.
- Gather customer information and generate leads for larger projects.
- Follow up on showroom leads and customer requests.
- Support customers referred by the Outside Sales Team.
- Maintain showroom displays, samples, and product literature.
- Obtain customer approvals for window, door, and parts orders.
- Continue building product knowledge through training and development.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in sales, building materials, windows and doors, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to ask questions, understand customer needs, and recommend solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and quoting software.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Saturday availability as needed.

Salary : $17 - $24
