Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Door and Window Installation Specialist, located in Mendon, MA. The role involves installing doors and windows with precision, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and handling tools and materials effectively. Additional responsibilities include performing measurements, repairing or replacing damaged components, and collaborating with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with completed projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with door and window installation, including measuring, cutting, and fitting materials
- Familiarity with tools and equipment commonly used for installation and repair
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality finishes
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle materials and tools required for installations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation challenges
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Previous experience in construction or carpentry is a plus
