Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Compensation: $22.00 Per Hour
Job Summary:
The Receptionist supports daily office operations by serving as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries. This role assists with front desk administrative tasks, customer service support, document handling, and general office coordination to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls through the main line and dispatch phone system
- Assist customers with vending machine-related issues, including payment and product dispensing concerns
- Respond to receptionist, service desk, and general information emails in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up on voicemails and return messages
- Distribute incoming mail
- Review and monitor the Non-Scan List
- Scan and file invoices, accounts payable and receivable documents, and installation sheets
- Complete additional assigned duties and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone and customer service etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment
