CMM Operator
Vadnais Heights | Direct Hire | $25–$32/hour Shift Differential
3rd Shift - Sunday - Thursday 10:30 pm - 7:00 am
We’re seeking a detail-oriented CMM Operator to inspect precision parts and ensure quality standards are met. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with experience programming and operating CMM machines. Leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
CMM Job Responsibilities:
- Operate CMM machines (e.g., MicroVu, OGP Smartscope, or other CMM software)
- Interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements
- Program, edit, and troubleshoot CMM programs (InSpec, Zone3, or similar)
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
- Maintain accurate inspection records and collaborate with teams to resolve issues
CMM Qualifications:
- 2 years of CMM experience in manufacturing
- Strong blueprint reading & GD&T skills
- Familiarity with SPC, root cause analysis, and inspection documentation
- Skilled with micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, etc.
- Medical manufacturing experience is a plus
