Architectural
Exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to work on innovative commercial building projects nationwide for a growing company. In this role, you will be part of a team completing architectural 3D modeling, construction document production, and project production tasks for commercial building projects.
Architectural Technician Responsibilities:
- Production of construction documents through the use of Revit BIM
- Set up drawing sheets, and organize drawing sheet information as directed
- Assist in the production of design details from provided redlined direction
- Manage and coordinate model needs with internal and external design team members using BIM applications
- Create presentation drawings and rendered exhibits for submittal to internal and external groups.
- AAS Degree in Architectural Technology or a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 2 years of professional experience with architectural production work, preferably with commercial building projects
- Proficient use of Revit
- Experience with Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and NavisWorks preferred
- Thorough knowledge of BIM/CAD procedures and standards
- A strong foundation of technical architectural knowledge.
- Ability to work in office Monday-Friday
