Machine Builder / Field Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Machine Building
- Mechanical and electrical assembly of specialized CNC equipment
- Machine setup and operational testing
- Crating and preparation of machines for shipment
- Field Service & Customer Support
- Perform installation, startup, and field service at customer facilities
- Provide on-site training for customers and distributors
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2 years of experience servicing electro-mechanical equipment
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Working knowledge of PLC systems
- Excellent electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% (U.S. and international)
