Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate meeting logistics across internal and external stakeholders
- Create and refine presentation materials including charts, graphs, spreadsheets, and slide decks for corporate presentations and staff meetings
- Coordinate executive travel planning, prepare detailed itineraries, and submit travel expense reports for the executive team as needed.
- Maintain confidential files, sensitive documents, and digital records with discretion
- Reconcile local office invoices and submit documentation to Accounts Payable
- Coordinate KSEC participation in SEMICON-West, including booth selection, layout and setup, hotel and travel arrangements, and customer meetings and dinners
- Plan and execute onsite and offsite events, including executive and customer dinners, meeting room logistics, and catering coordination
- Act as the key liaison for Boise office facilities β managing office upgrades, modifications, service requests, and coordinating with landlords and stakeholders on facilities-related RFQs through purchase orders and warranty support
- Summarize and Publish weekly and monthly industry technology updates to the executive team based on pre-defined queries
- Manage office operations including supply ordering, mail handling, and vendor coordination
Salary : $50,000 - $95,000
