As a Barista you will:
- Greet and provide guests with prompt and courteous service that exceeds their expectations.
- Assist in the preparation of Cafe menu items as ordered and according to procedure.
- Assist with breakfast room service orders
- Accurately capture all sales and settlements in the cash register.
- Handle reconciliation of sales and payments according to standard operating procedure.
- Monitor freshness of food products to meet or exceed quality standards.
- Be knowledgeable of all Cafe policies and explains them to members and guests, when asked.
- Enforce cafe rules and policies. This includes maintaining a continuous knowledge of SOP's, programs and what to do in the event of an accident, age restrictions, proper handling of complaints, etc.
- Assist in answering the telephone and take messages when necessary.
- Maintain an orderly, neat appearance of the register areas as well as all other areas of the store.
This is a part-time opportunity with shifts ranging between 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, weekdays and weekends.
We are looking for assistance on weekends, holidays and Packer games during the fall season.
