The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.

Specific Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
- Achieves required output levels for throughput and assembly times.
- Develops assembly leads and supervisors for continued growth and effectiveness.
- Establishes and maintains an effective 5S culture.
- Develops and enforces standard work; conducts audits as needed.
- Communicates daily on PH2 targets and schedule adherence.
- Conducts daily Tier 2 meetings; participates in production meetings.
- Identifies and drives improvements throughout the value stream with focus on customer delivery.
- Leads waste elimination projects.
- Guides development of the model cell.
- Promotes and executes TPM programs.
- Establishes OEE baselines and improvement targets.
- Creates a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Master's in Business Administration, or related Master’s degree, preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or related manufacturing roles.
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience.
- Ability to teach, mentor, and coach across operational levels.
- Experience with systematic problem solving.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
