Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience
- Oversee front office operations, scheduling, billing, and insurance claims
- Lead new patient onboarding and manage office technology systems
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency
- Collaborate with the chiropractor and staff to ensure smooth daily workflow
- Proactively identify and implement process and patient experience improvements
- Address patient concerns with care and professionalism
- Support business growth through marketing ideas, patient engagement, and community outreach
- Maintain organized, HIPAA-compliant records and a welcoming office environment
Qualifications:
Must-Haves
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Comfortable managing patient interactions, questions, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient with office software and scheduling systems
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
