Job Summary
Valley Mall is seeking a dependable Maintenance Supervisor to join our full-time team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-minded, and capable of handling a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to keep the mall in top condition for tenants and shoppers.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and lighting).
- Conduct routine inspections of restrooms, common areas, and parking lots.
- Respond to tenant and work order requests quickly and professionally.
- Support contractors and vendors with on-site work.
- Assist with seasonal tasks (snow removal, landscaping, holiday setup).
- Keep accurate logs of work performed and safety checks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in building maintenance or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
