Take the lead on plumbing field operations for a large-scale data center construction project in Turkey, Texas.
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent, Plumbing General Foreman, or senior plumbing field leader who can organize crews, plan manpower, coordinate with multiple trades, and keep installation work moving safely and efficiently.
You do not need previous data center experience to be considered. Candidates who have successfully led plumbing work on large commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or other complex construction projects are encouraged to apply.
What You Will Do
- Lead daily plumbing installation activities and provide direction to field crews
- Plan manpower, crew assignments, materials, work sequencing, and upcoming activities
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, field leadership, and other trades
- Monitor productivity, installation progress, material availability, and project milestones
- Identify field conflicts, schedule risks, constructability issues, and material concerns
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and construction documents
- Ensure work meets project specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Participate in daily planning, safety, coordination, and progress meetings
- Support inspections, testing, punch-list completion, system turnover, and closeout
- Maintain a professional, organized, and safety-focused jobsite
What We Are Seeking
- Commercial or industrial plumbing construction experience
- Experience leading plumbing crews and coordinating field activities
- Ability to read plumbing drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Experience planning manpower, materials, schedules, and work sequencing
- Strong field leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple trades and project stakeholders
- Commitment to jobsite safety, installation quality, and productivity
Experience as a Plumbing Superintendent is preferred, but accomplished Plumbing General Foremen and other senior plumbing field leaders ready to take the next step are strongly encouraged to apply.
