What You’ll Own
- Lead all electrical construction operations across the company
- Oversee project management, field teams, and operational performance
- Drive consistency in execution, scheduling, and staffing
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably
- Partner with leadership on growth strategy and operational improvements

- Forecasting and financial oversight across multiple projects
- Operational efficiency and scalable processes
- Continuous improvement in execution and delivery
👥 What You’ll Build
- Develop PMs, superintendents, and future leaders
- Strengthen accountability and communication across teams
- Help build the next generation of operational leadership
WHAT WILL CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering , or related field experience
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience and team development
- 12 years in electrical construction
- Experience leading multiple projects, teams across multiple locations
- Strong financial acumen (job cost, margins, forecasting)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize key operational issues into actionable, executive-ready recommendations.
- Background in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
WHAT WOULD BE A BONUS:
- Commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure electrical construction background
- Experience with large-scale or complex projects
- Familiarity with BIM, prefabrication, Lean Construction, or advanced operational systems
- Experience developing operational leaders and high-performing teams
Salary : $180,000 - $250,000
