📍 Charleston, SC Area (Travel Throughout the Eastern U.S.)

💰 $120,000 Base Salary Bonus Vehicle Allowance

Government and Military project safety a BIG plus

Are you an experienced safety leader with a strong electrical construction background? We are seeking a Senior Safety Manager to help lead and expand a growing safety organization during a pivotal period of growth and leadership development.

This is not a desk-only safety role. We are looking for a field-first leader who understands electrical construction operations, builds credibility with field teams, and proactively drives a strong safety culture across complex projects.

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Conduct project site audits and safety inspections

• Support field teams with hazard identification and risk mitigation

• Participate in project planning and high-risk activity reviews

• Coach superintendents, foremen, and crews on safe work practices

• Support government and military project safety requirements

• Develop and review Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSPs)

• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions

• Partner closely with operations teams to ensure safe project execution

• Help shape and grow the future of the organization's safety program

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• 7 years of electrical construction experience

• 5 years of safety leadership and/or field leadership experience

• Commercial or industrial electrical construction background

• Strong OSHA and NFPA 70E knowledge

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to influence field operations and drive safety performance

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 500

• OSHA 30

• CHST or CSP

• EM385 knowledge

• CPR/First Aid Instructor certification

• Airfield lighting experience

• Army Corps of Engineers or NAVFAC project experience
