🚧 Now Hiring: Safety Manager / Assistant Director 🚧
We’re looking for a driven Safety Manager to support and elevate safety programs across active construction projects. This role partners closely with field leadership to ensure compliance, drive a strong safety culture, and proactively mitigate risk on job sites.
📍 Based out of Boca Raton, FL with travel across East & West Coast Florida (company vehicle provided)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and safety observations
- Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions
- Ensure OSHA compliance and accurate safety reporting
- Collaborate with field teams to promote safe work practices
✅ What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of safety experience (or 7 years field experience)
- OSHA 10/30 required | OSHA 500 preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Willingness to travel to job sites
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
💰 Compensation:
- $85,000 – $100,000 base (depending on experience)
- Company vehicle provided
