Salary: 90,000–110,000 per year plus vehicle and benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead large commercial plumbing projects, including hospitals and complex mechanical system installations. This role is ideal for a seasoned field leader who can manage crews, coordinate jobsite operations, and ensure high-quality work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Position Summary
The Field Supervisor will oversee daily field activities, ensure compliance with project specifications and codes, and maintain clear communication with project managers, estimators, and field teams. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on project performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations for large commercial plumbing projects
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines
• Ensure all work meets code, safety requirements, and project specifications
• Lead, mentor, and support plumbers and apprentices
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators on budgets and job costs
• Participate in client, contractor, and site coordination meetings
• Promote and maintain a safe, professional work environment
Qualifications
• Ten or more years of experience leading large-scale commercial plumbing projects
• Hospital or healthcare construction experience preferred
• North Carolina or South Carolina plumbing license preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Salary range 90,000–110,000 per year depending on experience
