What We’re Looking For
- 6 years of mechanical construction project management experience w/ project sizes to $5million
- Experience leading Project Manager & Project Engineers
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Design-build/design-assist experience
- Financial acumen and cash-flow management skills
- Proficiency & experience w/construction & accounting software (Timberline/Sage, MS Office, CAD/BIM)
