Key Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications to execute layouts.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure installations meet manufacturer and project standards.
- Identify and resolve installation challenges in real time.
- Communicate progress and updates to supervisors and project stakeholders.
- Zero safety violations or incidents.
- High-quality installation aligned with engineering specifications.
- Candidate Persona (Who You Are):
Compensation & Benefits
- Lead a crew of 4–5 installers on active job sites.
- Perform quality checks and troubleshoot installation issues.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of commercial HVAC or sheet metal installation experience.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques preferred.
- Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Exposure to mechanical systems, high voltage, and construction environments.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and occasional travel as needed.
