Commercial Construction HVAC Installer

Kalispell, Montana | Full-Time | $22.00–$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)

About The Role

We are a leading mechanical contractor in Western Montana, offering HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, controls, and indoor air quality services. We are currently seeking a Commercial Construction HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Kalispell. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality, productivity, and safety in the installation of commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with contractors, builders, and teammates on job sites
• Accurately complete job documentation including timecards, change orders, and job packets
• Measure, cut, drill, and install ductwork and equipment as needed
• Ability to read blueprints and job specs
• Basic safety knowledge of tools and HVAC systems
• Comfortable working from ladders and in variable weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening
