Role Overview
As a Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the frontline of system reliability—keeping equipment running efficiently, preventing costly breakdowns, and delivering top-tier service to commercial clients across the Nashville area.

As a Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the frontline of system reliability—keeping equipment running efficiently, preventing costly breakdowns, and delivering top-tier service to commercial clients across the Nashville area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Inspect, clean, and service RTUs, split systems, and basic mechanical equipment
- Replace filters, belts, and perform routine component checks
- Identify potential issues and report repair recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
- Support service team with minor troubleshooting as needed
- 3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures
- Experience working with RTUs, split systems, and basic HVAC equipment
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification preferred
