Role Overview
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers clearly and professionally
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company protocols
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
