️ About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team servicing commercial and industrial clients across the Grand Rapids area. The right candidate is a skilled troubleshooter, self-starter, and committed to delivering high-quality service in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, chillers, and boilers
- Utilize electrical and mechanical tools to identify and resolve system issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize performance and lifespan of equipment
- Accurately document service reports using a handheld device
- Operate a company-provided service vehicle within a designated territory
- Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues to ensure a smooth service experience
- 4 years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and customer service skills
- Experience with chilled water systems, boilers, or hydronics (preferred)
- OSHA 10 Certification (Company-provided if not current)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical ability test
