Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for large commercial plumbing projects.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet schedule milestones.
- Ensure work complies with project specs, code requirements, and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor field crews of plumbers and apprentices.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to manage budgets and job costs.
- Attend client and site coordination meetings.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and jobsite safety.
- 10 years of experience leading large-scale commercial projects (non-multifamily).
- Hospital or healthcare construction experience preferred.
- NC and/or SC plumbing license preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license; clean record.
- $90,000–$120,000/year salary (DOE)
