Are you an Employment Coordinator ready to work on larger, more technically challenging projects?
We are hiring an experienced Employment Coordinator to support staffing operations and contractor performance across active project sites throughout West Texas. In this role, you’ll serve as the critical connection between clients, recruiters, payroll, operations, field supervision, and contractors—making sure the right people are in the right place, properly onboarded, and ready to perform.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary onsite liaison between clients, recruiters, payroll, operations, field leadership, and contractors.
- Coordinate contractor onboarding, site access, orientations, drug screenings, background checks, and safety requirements.
- Track daily and weekly manpower, contractor hours, staffing activity, and workforce reporting across multiple project sites.
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve payroll discrepancies before payroll and billing deadlines.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits, contractor check-ins, and new hire first-day support.
- Participate in client manpower, staffing, and workforce planning meetings while communicating hiring priorities and staffing updates.
- Monitor contractor attendance, performance, compliance, and retention while escalating issues as needed.
- Partner with recruiters to coordinate hiring priorities, candidate readiness, workforce forecasts, and replacement staffing.
- Maintain accurate workforce records, including contractor assignments, schedules, transfers, and terminations within ATS and workforce systems.
- Travel throughout West Texas to support multiple active construction and industrial project sites.
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in staffing, workforce coordination, construction operations, field administration, HR, or a related field
- Experience supporting industrial construction, E&I, oil and gas, data centers, manufacturing, or other field-based workforces is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of timekeeping, payroll coordination, manpower reporting, and contractor documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, ATS, and workforce management systems
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly and continuously throughout West Texas
Preferred
- Experience coordinating a large contingent workforce or onsite staffing program
- Experience in construction manpower or workforce-planning meetings
- Familiarity with industrial jobsite safety orientations, badging, and compliance
Must be comfortable working around active industrial or construction environments and complying with all client safety/PPE requirements.
