Electrical Project / Construction Manager
Location: Lubbock, TX
Duration: 18-Month Project
Pay Range: $60–$85/hr DOE
Schedule: 13 Days On / 1 Day Off | 6 x 12-Hour Days
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager to lead execution on a major Data Center project in West Texas. Responsible for overall project execution, including safety, budget, schedule, quality, client satisfaction, and team leadership for electrical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project financial performance.
Develop execution strategies.
Lead project teams and subcontractors.
Manage procurement and material strategies.
Review project schedules and forecasts.
Interface with clients and stakeholders.
Manage risk and change order processes.
Ensure successful project turnover.
Manage project execution, budgets, schedules, staffing, subcontractors, procurement, client meetings.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of electrical construction management experience on Data Center and Mission Critical projects
- Experience managing projects exceeding $20M
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls
- Proven leadership and client management skills
Preferred:
- PMP Certification
- Electrical Engineering Degree
