Responsibilities
- Answering incoming service calls
- Dispatch service technicians according to their technical ability, location and urgency of call to maximize productivity
- Enter all tickets into computer system, updating and closing tickets upon completion of call
- Daily scheduling of service calls and preventive maintenance
- Issue purchase orders for parts/equipment
- Communicate with customers to schedule Preventive Maintenance
- Update WIP report weekly
- Managing files and other various duties
- Previous dispatch experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong phone skills and soft skills
- Organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
