Commercial HVAC Service Maintenance Sales
Location: Tacoma, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $1,600 per week ($83,200 annually) plus commission
Position Summary
Air Systems Engineering is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Maintenance Sales representative. This position is responsible for selling service and maintenance contracts, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall customer satisfaction.
This role requires both in-office work and local travel to customer sites. This is not a remote position. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Tacoma, WA.
This position reports to the Service General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Sales And Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC service contracts
- Prepare proposals including pricing, scope of work, and contract terms
- Sell new service agreements and renew existing contracts
- Research market trends and customer needs
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with service technicians
- Manage and resolve customer issues and escalations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in CRM systems
- Meet established revenue and sales targets
- Follow company policies and applicable HVAC regulations
- Ensure services meet company quality standards
- Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in HVAC or related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Combination of office work and local travel to job sites
