Koch 33 Toyota is looking for a personable and positive team player to help enhance our customers’ experience and be part of our showroom team.
Greeters are an integral and talented player on our Koch 33 Toyota team. We are looking for someone who will greet our customers with a smile. Additionally, someone who will help create a memorable customer experience. The ideal candidate will go above and beyond in customer service and efficiently direct customer traffic.
Job duties:
- Greet each customer that comes into our showroom and direct them to the appropriate individual or department
- Maintain the rotation of sales associates
- Create and update customer profiles in the dealership CRM
- Prepare letters for the dealership
- Maintain logs for items such as dealer plates
This position is full time Monday through Friday. It also requires the ability to work with computers and perform light secretarial duties such as data entry. The ability to work independently and as a team is necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Stellar customer service skills
- Ability to dress and interact in a professional way
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Previous experience working with computers and other office equipment (i.e. printer, copier, fax machine)
- Must be willing to submit background check and drug screen
