Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air Conditioning Service Technician based in Round Rock, TX. The technician will handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, repairing systems, and turning replacement opportunities over to a Comfort Advisor, all while adhering to safety and environmental regulations and delivering excellent service to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving for HVAC systems
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of EPA standards and guidelines; EPA certification is a plus
- Focus on delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction and service
- Ability to find & present options to customers in a successful manner
- Ability to work efficiently on-site and communicate effectively with clients
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Additional certifications in HVAC maintenance or repair are preferred
