Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Leander, TX, for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. Additional tasks involve system installation, telemetry analysis, duct cleaning, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Technicians will interact with customers and provide excellent service while ensuring systems operate efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems and components
- Knowledge and experience in Plumbing as it relates to HVAC systems
- Understanding of Electricity and ability to safely work with electrical systems
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Customer service or communication skills to effectively work with clients
- Physical ability to perform technical work, including lifting and maneuvering equipment
- Completion of technical training or relevant certifications in HVAC systems is preferred
