What you bring to the table
- Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
- Provide attentive, polished service with confidence in all food, wine, beer, and spirit offerings.
- Welcome guests with genuine enthusiasm, setting the stage for a fun and elevated experience.
- Take precise food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the POS, and coordinate smooth, timely delivery from kitchen and bar.
- Maintain tables with care throughout the meal; pre-bussing, resetting, and supporting overall cleanliness and ambiance.
- Stay a step ahead by monitoring pacing, refilling beverages, and offering thoughtful suggestions or pairings.
- Manage billing and payments with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Complete side work with pride, including stocking stations, polishing glassware and silverware, and keeping sections guest-ready.
- Pitch in with bussers, hosts, and fellow servers to keep the floor humming smoothly during busy periods.
- Grow your craft by staying current on food trends, beverage knowledge, and evolving service techniques.
- Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)

- Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
- Minimum one (1) year of prior serving experience in a full-service dining restaurant.
- Valid OLCC permit and Food handler's permit required at or upon employment.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails or the ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and team work skills.
- Must meet health and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
- Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free workplace policies.
