- Register guests on buildings secure platform
- Troubleshoot minor printer issues and schedule repair
- Assist with set up and break down of conference rooms
- Must be a team player
- Must possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Must be reliable and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- This is a front desk position - business casual attire only, no jeans, no sneakers
- Minimum 3 years experience in administrative work
