Job Description Job Duties: Coordinate medical records for clinical nutrition; Ensure medical records reflect nutritional status of the individuals and meets OMH regulations; Maintain annual completion of assessments; Complete individual nutrition notes as established through priority risk of each individual; Attend treatment team meetings and discharge meetings; Complete annual assessments and progress notes; Process diet changes; Maintain monthly diet list and computer records; When assigned, conduct nutritional groups to clients; Ensure OMH regulations are adhered to and for overall nutritional health and safety of the individuals; Perform diet office duties in the absence of the Diet Technician; Make recommendations to the treatment team for maintenance and/or improvement of nutritional status; Recommend changes to diet regimen to address nutritional concerns; Minimum requirements, including licenses and certifications: Registered Dietitian Background check requirements: Education and License verification; SEL; Completed SCRD background form (Must be completed with 28 years of consecutive address history); Exclusion Search Results (i,e. Medicare, Medicaid & SAM) Background check results completed by Agency/Company

Vaccination requirements: Medical Immunization screening (Recent PPD, blood work with titers levels, etc.)
