Requirements
QualificationsRequired:
- Education: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required. A Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) is also required, but we will consider candidates who are currently enrolled in an MSN program with a projected completion date within 18 months of hire.
- Experience:
- 3 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
- Experience with adult education, including course development.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Certification in a nursing core specialty.
- Formal educator experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Experience with both high-fidelity and low-fidelity simulation training.
