Server/Bartender

Job Summary

Join our fun crew as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for our guests. This role you will take orders, serve food and beverages, craft innovative cocktails, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This is a very fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Experience bonus, but not required. We will train.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
• Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with professionalism
• Assist in beverage recipe development and suggestive selling to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods
• Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Support bar management by restocking supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health regulations
• Engage with guests to promote specials or upcoming events, fostering a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Skills

• Great if have POS systems experience
• Preferred but not required - experience with knowledge of mixed drinks
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices including serving etiquette and bar management principles
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment
