Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during events or busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering stock as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Participate in special events such as banquets or private parties, ensuring excellent service throughout.
Skills
- Proven bartending experience with knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques.
- Familiarity with POS system for efficient order processing.
- Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of retail math for accurate financial transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to help guests feel welcome and valued.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing tabs effectively.
- Experience in fine dining or hospitality settings is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy environment.
