Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Bartender and Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. We're looking for someone who loves to work with people and thrives in a relaxed atmosphere. Ability to work independently and with your colleagues is a must. Previous experience is a plus, but not necessary. We'll train the right person. The world needs more bartenders!
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar tops, tables, and workstations.
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Upsell menu items like specialty drinks or premium spirits to increase sales while promoting a positive dining atmosphere.

- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 22.0 per week
