We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager, Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Drive outside sales efforts by establishing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
  • Manage key B2B accounts through effective account management and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as club ready to track sales activities, analyze data, and optimize pipeline management.
  • Identify new market opportunities by analyzing industry trends and customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and proposals with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Provide leadership in customer service excellence, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct analysis of sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Experience

  • Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales
  • Strong management experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management within competitive markets.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
