Kickboxing/Boxing Instructor

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Kickboxing and Boxing Instructor to inspire and motivate members of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will lead dynamic group classes, teach proper techniques, and foster a positive environment that encourages physical fitness, self-confidence, and discipline. Responsibilities

• Lead engaging kickboxing and boxing classes tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners
• Ability to instruct and engage children classes ages 5
• Demonstrate proper techniques for punches, kicks, footwork, and defensive maneuvers with clarity and enthusiasm
• Ensure all participants adhere to safety guidelines and use equipment correctly to prevent injuries
• Develop customized training plans that motivate students and track their progress over time
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages teamwork, respect, and positive behavior management
• Incorporate other fitness disciplines such as martial arts, gymnastics, or physical education activities to diversify class offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training area, equipment, and safety gear

Requirements

• Proven experience in martial arts such as Karate, Judo, or other combat sports; background in boxing or kickboxing preferred
• Prior coaching or teaching experience working with diverse age groups, including children and adults
• Knowledge of sports coaching principles, behavior management strategies, and physical education techniques
• Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus for overseeing water-related activities or ensuring safety during multi-disciplinary classes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively
• Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly while maintaining a lively, energetic presence that inspires participants
