Senior Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Review the external firm’s Federal, State, and international income tax compliance work
• Coordinate tax studies with business stakeholders and external advisors
• Manage the tax provision reporting and quarterly / year end calculations
• Transfer pricing calculations
• Assess state tax planning opportunities and incentives
• Evaluate risk mitigation strategies
• Serve as point person on tax audits and notices
• Oversee indirect tax calculations and reporting
• Support global tax initiatives
• Create tax processes and controls as needed
• Enhance operational tax processes by integrating tax automation tools and platforms.
• Assist with integrating tax into digital and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA or MST a plus
• 10-15 years of public / private experience
• Tax Provision and Tax Compliance review experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
