Overview
Opportunity to join a NJ based F500 company. As a member of the Sales Operations team, the Sales Compensation Analyst will be responsible for compensation plan calculation, administration, and design for a fast growing Sales organization. Contract position is for one year, with the possibility to convert to a full-time employee.
Responsibilities
• Calculate sales commissions according to sales compensation plans and policies, ensuring commission and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner
• Update sales compensation databases with reference data, employee information, and compensation plan information
• Answer and resolve commission questions and issues from the Sales team
• Fine-tune existing and implement new policies and procedures as required
• Provide support and ad hoc reports for senior team members
